Building a better safety net for pets.

PetHalo is an upcoming emergency continuity platform created with one clear purpose: to help ensure pets are protected, connected and cared for when unexpected life events occur.

Why PetHalo exists

We believe pets are family. Yet when emergencies happen — particularly involving people who live alone — pets can sometimes be left vulnerable, overlooked or without immediate continuity support.

PetHalo is being developed to help bridge that gap.

Our goal is not to replace existing emergency services, animal welfare organisations or veterinary providers. Instead, we aim to work alongside them to better understand current challenges and explore how a structured continuity system could support both people and animals.

Why we started

Through early conversations with professionals across emergency services, housing, welfare and veterinary care, it became clear that situations involving unattended pets are more common — and often more complex — than many realise.

PetHalo exists to explore whether a practical, responsible and trusted continuity system could help improve those outcomes.

We are currently in the research and development stage and are actively speaking with organisations and professionals across the UK.
